How to book a tattoo with me:
* Send me a DM on Instagram @peachmilktats or through the Addiction Tattoos Facebook page.* Include in your message: your tattoo idea, any picture references you may have, approximate size (in inches) and desired placement of the tattoo.* I typically reply on the same day. If you do not hear back from me within 2 days, feel free to boost your message, but keep it respectful.
Keep in mind:
* Depending on the size of your tattoo, I may ask for a $50 deposit. This deposit will come off of the full price of your tattoo. If I ask for a deposit, your appointment will not be booked until the deposit is paid.* If you would like a sketch of your tattoo before your appointment, please let me know! I typically draw my designs the night before appointments and will not have anything ready before then unless you request so* I reserve full right to refuse any tattoo that I am not comfortable doing. I will also cancel your appointment if I am made to feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

* Always feel free to message me about walk-in availability. However, booking is the only way to guarantee a spot.* If you are a minor or the parent/legal guardian of a minor, Florida state law requires you to have a signed, NOTORIZED consent form. you can print one from the Fl health department website. A parent/legal guardian must be present during the appointment. If these requirements are not met, I will not tattoo you/your child.* If you require accommodations of any kind (with-in reason) please let me know before your appointment.
